Q&A Presents: March 26, 2017

This was probably one of the better shows we’ve had in a while. And while I’m glad that it was a good show, its because we went in depth on a crappy topic. We had, I feel, well thought out discussion, reasoning, and were easy to follow. And the topic was crappy.

Privacy laws being repealed? How wonderful 😦

I have to admit that the more pro-business/pro-industry folks who went for this disappointed me because the problems for non-ISPs should’ve been obvious. If ISPs are tracking everyone, what does that mean for other businesses? Especially ones with proprietary information? Banks, insurance companies, health services, and more. I mean, really, repealing these sorts of things seem more like giant piles of liability waiting to happen…
